“Build better events. Celebrate the athletes. Move bowling forward.”
ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Randall DeBolt is the founder and Executive Director of the Professional Bowling Organization, where he is leading the development of a scalable national platform for professional tournament competition.
His connection to the sport began at age five in Kitsap County. Years of league and tournament competition throughout Washington gave him a firsthand understanding of the relationships, preparation, and competitive energy that keep bowlers connected to the game.
In 2016, DeBolt founded the South Sound Tour with a clear operating principle: professionally run events should make every athlete feel respected, prepared, and part of something larger than a single tournament. That experience strengthened his expertise in event operations, community engagement, and competitive environments built for repeat participation.
As Executive Director, he is focused on translating those event-leadership lessons into a durable national nonprofit organization defined by consistent standards, responsible growth, conference access, compelling events, and long-term opportunity for bowlers.
