PBO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Earn your place.
Chase the title.

The top ten in each conference’s qualifying points standings will be invited to compete at the National Championship. We will crown a national champion on the lanes that day.

01 · Compete

Every participant counts.

Complete at least one official game in an eligible event to earn participation points. Cashing earns more, with 200 points for first and 125 for second.

02 · Climb

Reach your conference’s top ten.

Points count in the conference hosting the event. Follow your place throughout the season, including when you compete in more than one conference.

03 · Contend

Win it at the championship.

Conference points establish qualification. The national title is decided by performance at the championship under its published format.

The qualification pathway

The qualifying season dates and division structure will be published before championship qualification begins. Open, Senior 50+, and Women’s standings remain separate.

Invitations follow final certified standings, eligibility review, and resolution of any tie across the tenth-place cutoff. During the season, a place in the top ten is provisional. If a bowler earns a place through more than one conference, invitation and replacement handling will follow the published championship bulletin.

Championship details are on the way

The date, host center, competition format, entry terms, and invitation deadlines will be announced in the championship bulletin. The $50,000 total added prize fund will be split among the championship divisions. Each division’s allocation will be announced with the final payout schedule and event details.

Official launch: December 2026. Tournament announcements and competition updates will be published as they are finalized.
